  We will come to your home and go through a birth preference, Optimal Foetal Postioning (OFP), pain relief and any questions you may have.

Birth Doula
As a birth Doula we will provide two antenatal visits. During these you will receive a birth pack. We will go through a birth preference. OFP, positions for labour, pain relief, any feelings you and your partner may have and any questions you may wish to ask.

We will be there for your birth which includes being on call 24hrs from two weeks before your due date to two weeks after your due date.

You will have phone and email support from the day you hire a Doula to six weeks after your baby has arrived.

You will have one or two post natal visits to reflect over your birth and listen to how you are feeling.

Post Natal Doula

 As post natal Doulas our main aim is to help you bond with your baby, become strong confident mothers and help you enjoy those first few weeks which are very precious.

By this we will give you emotional support, help with breast/formula feeding. You may need to rest so will be there to look after baby while you get that well earned sleep. If there is any light household chores we can take care of or maybe some shopping so you have food in the fridge, all these little things that you don't have to worry about will help you have more time to bond with your baby and help your family have the best start.

Every family is unique so our services will be tailored around your needs.

As post natal Doulas we will work for a minimum of three hours a day (normally 2-3 times a week) for up to six weeks, (longer if necessary.)
